Terms of Service for FreeTrafficBlogger

Welcome to FreeTrafficBlogger (“we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the FreeTrafficBlogger app, website, and related services (collectively, the “Service”). By installing or using the app, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not install or use the Service.

1. Overview

FreeTrafficBlogger is an AI-powered blogging automation tool that connects to your Shopify store to generate, schedule, and publish SEO-optimized blog content. The app integrates directly with Shopify using secure APIs and OAuth authentication.

You must have an active Shopify store and comply with Shopify’s Terms of Service to use FreeTrafficBlogger.

2. Account Registration and Access

To use the Service, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old or have reached the age of majority in your jurisdiction.
• Provide accurate and complete information when signing up.
• Keep your login credentials secure and confidential.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact us immediately at contact@freetrafficblogger.com.

3. Permissions and Shopify Data Access

By installing the app, you grant FreeTrafficBlogger permission to access your Shopify store data as authorized through the Shopify API. This includes store details, blog resources, and product data necessary to create and publish posts.

We only access data required for app functionality. All permissions are listed during installation, and you may revoke access at any time by uninstalling the app.

4. Use of the Service

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service.
• Attempt to access data or systems not intended for you.
• Use the Service to publish or promote illegal, hateful, or misleading content.
• Interfere with the operation of the Service or Shopify’s API.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these rules.

5. Content Ownership

You retain full ownership of all content created and published through FreeTrafficBlogger on your store. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your generated blog posts or materials.

However, by using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process, store, and transmit your content as necessary to operate the app.

6. Plans, Payments, and Billing

FreeTrafficBlogger offers free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed monthly or annually through Shopify Billing or Stripe, depending on your setup. All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel anytime through your Shopify admin or our app dashboard. Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law or covered under our Refund Policy. When you uninstall the app, billing stops immediately at the end of your billing cycle.

7. Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day satisfaction guarantee for first-time purchases. If you are unsatisfied for any reason within 7 days of subscribing, email billing@freetrafficblogger.com for a full refund.

After 7 days, fees are non-refundable. Uninstalling the app automatically cancels your subscription at the next billing period.

8. Service Availability and Updates

We aim to provide continuous uptime and service availability. However, maintenance, updates, or network issues may cause temporary interruptions.

We may modify or enhance the Service at any time, including by adding or removing features. We will notify you of significant changes through email or in-app notifications.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• FreeTrafficBlogger is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind.
• We do not guarantee specific traffic, rankings, or sales results.
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits, data, or goodwill.
• Our total liability for any claim arising from the use of the Service will not exceed the amount you paid in the last 30 days of subscription.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FreeTrafficBlogger, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights of a third party.

11. Data Protection and Privacy

We process your information according to our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in that policy.

12. Termination

You may stop using FreeTrafficBlogger at any time by uninstalling the app. We may suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if we believe your use violates these Terms or poses risk to other users or systems.

Upon termination, your right to access the Service ends immediately. All data will be deleted according to our Privacy Policy.

13. Intellectual Property

All software, branding, design, and code related to FreeTrafficBlogger remain the exclusive property of FreeTrafficBlogger and its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without written permission.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles. You agree that any disputes will be resolved in Ontario, Canada.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available at https://www.freetrafficblogger.com/terms. Continued use of the Service after an update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
